What you get

How to use it

1. Fill your cream dispenser with cold whipping cream up to the fill line and close the head.
2. Screw a pressure regulator onto the cylinder and connect its hose to the dispenser. A cylinder never connects straight to a dispenser.
3. Open the regulator slowly to charge the dispenser, then close it and disconnect.
4. Shake the dispenser a few times and dispense with the nozzle pointing down.

Storage and disposal

Store cylinders upright in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. When a cylinder is empty, release any remaining pressure with a pressure-release nozzle, then put it in metal recycling.

Is this the right pack size?

Packs of 48 and 96 suit buyers who would otherwise reorder every week. If you supply several sites, compare our wholesale pallets. For a single kitchen, a 12 or 24 pack from the Smartwhip range is usually enough.

Do I need a regulator?

Yes. Large cylinders are used with a pressure regulator and filling hose, which are reusable and sold separately.
