Mosa 8g cream chargers by the case

Mosa cream chargers are the classic 8g steel bulbs of food-grade nitrous oxide (E942). They fit standard cream whippers, including the iSi, Hendi and Mosa dispensers we sell, with no regulator or adapter needed.

We sell Mosa by the trade case: 240, 360 and 600 chargers. As a guide, one 8g charger whips up to half a litre of cream, and a one-litre whipper needs two.

Bulbs or cylinders? 8g chargers are the simplest option for low and medium volumes and for kitchens that own several small whippers. If you empty more than a box a day, a 640g to 670g cylinder with a regulator is usually quicker to use.

UK law: nitrous oxide has been a Class C drug under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 since 8 November 2023. It remains lawful to buy and use for legitimate purposes such as catering, where it is the food additive E942. We supply adults aged 18 and over for culinary use only.
