The Camo Whipped Cream Dispenser is a 250ml (1/4L) cream whipper built for kitchens that need a compact, reliable siphon for everyday service. It uses standard 8g N2O cream chargers and is designed for whipping cream, foams, mousses, iced desserts, custards, soft cheese, jellies, and carbonated drinks.

How to use this dispenser

1. Pour cold whipping cream (30% fat or more) into the bottle, no higher than the fill line.
2. Screw the head on firmly, place one 8g charger in the holder and twist it on until the gas releases.
3. Shake a few times, turn the bottle upside down and press the lever.
4. Keep a charged dispenser in the fridge. Release all pressure before unscrewing the head to clean it.

Which chargers fit?

Standard 8g cream chargers, such as our Mosa cream chargers. Chargers are sold separately.

Why is my cream runny?

The usual causes are warm cream, cream with too little fat, or too little shaking. Chill the cream and the bottle first.
