How much gas is in a 2KG cylinder?
2,000g of food-grade nitrous oxide (E942), which is the gas of about 250 standard 8g chargers, or roughly three 640g cylinders.

Using a 2KG cylinder safely
- Always use a pressure regulator and filling hose; never connect a cylinder straight to a dispenser.
- Store upright, below 50°C, away from heat and direct sunlight.
- Vent the cylinder fully with the release nozzle before sending it to metal recycling.
